Who we are
EBH Factory is a brand of EBH Technologies SARLAU (see the legal notice), which acts as data controller for the information collected on this website.

When you submit the project form, we collect your name, business email, company, country, industry, project type, project description, preferred communication method and, if you provide it, your phone number. We also record technical data strictly necessary to secure the form (such as IP address, used only to prevent abuse).
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, discuss your project and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Retention
Project requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to three years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires a longer period.
Sharing and transfers
Your information is accessible only to the EBH Technologies team members handling your request and to technical providers that host our services, under appropriate safeguards.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical mechanisms needed for the site to work are used.
